Amal Clooney (born Amal Ramzi alamuddin) is a lawyer from Britain and Lebanon, a human rights activist and charity philanthropist. An alumni of Oxford University and New York University School of Law her long and accomplished professional career in the field of human rights and international law has won her international recognition. Her most notable clients include nations like Armenia, which was fighting for the recognition of Armenian Genocide in Turkey. Amal Clooney was engaged and then married American actor George Clooney in 2014 instantly becoming a household name in the world of popular entertainment.
